Welcome to my portfolio! With eight years of experience in the dynamic field of product design, I've traversed diverse sectors, including telecommunications, e-commerce, and publishing. Currently, I thrive in the agency realm, where my work spans a wide spectrum of industries, allowing me to bring a wealth of versatility and creativity to every project. Designing since 2016
Since embarking on my professional journey, I've been deeply committed to comprehending users' motivational requirements and the daily challenges they encounter. Through rigorous research and analysis, I've enhanced multiple product experiences by aligning user pain points with software and business objectives.
Additionally, armed with a formal User Experience degree and eight years of hands-on experience, I've honed specialised skills in user behaviour research, data analysis, product design, and feature development that harmoniously balance business and customer objectives, all validated through user feedback.

Research
Throughout my career, I've employed a variety of research methodologies to gain insights into user behavior. Conducting user interviews, implementing A/B testing, and facilitating focus groups represent just a few of the approaches I've leveraged to gather valuable data.
UI dESIGN & Wireframing
I have developed skills in creating and maintaining product UIs. An example is while working within a B2B environment it was my responsibility to migrate their current system onto a new Design System. Over the past 7 years, I have gained proficient experience in using Adobe XD and Figma.
Feature Validation
Performing pre-development testing is a proactive approach that reduces defects, minimises product risk, and ensures alignment with stakeholder expectations and quality standards. In my career, I've validated products using external tools like Maze and Useberry and conducted focus groups.
pROTOTYPING
During my career, I've used Figma and Adobe XD to create detailed mid to high-fidelity prototypes. These prototypes serve a dual role: for validation testing, they serve as a solid basis for evaluating user experiences to ensure the final product aligns with user expectations. In stakeholder meetings, they provide a tangible representation of design concepts, facilitating clear communication and alignment among project collaborators, leading to informed decisions and smoother project advancement.
uSER pERSONA
Taking data collected in the research phase has allowed me to create a plethora of personas over the years. This has always been useful to remind stakeholders who we are designing to.
UX Audits
I have worked at companies where UX has been a new process and products have been created without UX in mind. By benchmarking products against the 10 heuristics I have gained the skill to understand how products are faring in their respective markets.
Development Handover
I have been working with Devs since day 1 of my career. Providing thorough documentation for development has been a crucial skill to reduce development time.
Process Implementation
As mentioned in UX audits I have worked at companies where UX has been a new implementation. Therefore as the specialist, I have been in charge of implementing the process with the product development.
